EMAIL ON PHONE (KB00023)
RACKSPACE EMAIL ON YOUR PHONE
You can get personalized instructions for setting up your email on your phone by doing the following
Enter your
(Name)@1stfinancialinc.com email address and password
You must use the 1stfinancialinc.com domain
Click on the "Set Up Email" icon
Click Email
Select Phone
Enter the type of device and answer the remaining questions. You will then be provided with a personalized set of instructions to set email up on your phone
After selecting the device type and (Android only) the manufacturer, it will ask you How you would like to connect. Select IMAP.
From there on, follow the prompts until the mail has been successfully configured. Device specific instructions will be provided depending on which mail application you wish to use.
