For faster remote assistance, 1st Financial Inc offers you our ZOHO ASSIST downloadable agent. When you put this agent on your machine, your IT support team has the ability to remote into your computer:
- without additional downloads
- when you are not there (contingent upon you requesting the support and providing your IT support agent with your PC PIN or Password)

Once you have completed the setup, email support@ffiloans.com and let them know your machine is now available on the dashboard.
