DOWNLOAD BLOCKED APPS IN WINDOWS (KB00019)

New Microsoft Security has started blocking downloads of uncommon applications/files. Sometimes (as in the case of ZOHO assist, or Entreda, you want to download and run anyway).  Below are the instructions on how to download an APP you KNOW is safe.
NOTE - Be very careful and make sure you trust the APP prior to allowing it on your computer

 You click on the three dots (…) to the right of the file in questions and click Keep



You get the message below. Click Keep anyway



Windows is still not sure you want this file. Click More info

You will get the file downloaded and have to click Show In Folder

You will be taken to your downloads folder. Double click on the file

You are warned again. Click Run anyway and then allow the APP to make changes to your machine.  You may get a shield icon  in your app tray at the bottom of your screen.  If you do, click that and then allow APP to make changes
