ENCOMPASS - ADDING FILES TO eFOLDER VIA FILE MANAGER (KB00020)

Using the FILE MANAGER to add files to Encompass can simplify and speed up your process. If you have saved a file to your computer that needs to be attached to encompass, you DO NOT have to open that file and print it to the eFolder.
Note that this can be used for any document versus trying to print to the eFolder and is the preferred method of attaching files.

HOW TO ATTACH A FILE TO THE eFOLDER VIA FILE MANAGER 
You can simply open the eFolder


Open File Manager 


Click on the Browse and Attach Icon. 
This will open your file manager on your system and you can go to the correct folder to chose the file needed.

Highlight the file you wish to attach


Click Open


The file is now in the eFolder in the Unassigned area.  You simply assign it to where it should be.
