ENCOMPASS VERSION MISMATCH - REMOVE UAC TOOL (KB00027)

When Encompass releases a new version, it is possible that your Encompass instance does not auto update.  If that happens, you can use the  REMOVE UAC tool to update your Encompass version
If your version of Encompass is not updated you will get this error.  


REMOVE UAC TOOL

Open your file explorer and go to

C:\SmartClientCache\Apps\Ellie Mae\Encompass

Scroll down and check Remove UAC and double click

This box below will open. Click all boxes and hit remove.  Then open the Encompass logon page,  wait a couple minutes for everything to download and then log into Encompass
