LO INCOMPLETE APPLICATION LOOKUP - CONSUMER CONNECT (KB00012)

There are times when a borrower will abandon or forget to complete and submit an application in Consumer Connect.  Every Loan Officer has the ability to look for and review incomplete applications that are submitted through their Consumer Connect page. This capability allows you to determine if it is appropriate for you to either submit the application for them or contact the applicant.

STEPS TO REVIEW INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS:

STEP 1:
On the HOME tab of Encompass, click on the Manager your Consumer Connect Portal (on the right hand panel of the Home tab).


STEP 2: (OR go to STEP 3 to see Incomplete Applications)
The page will open up with the BORROWER LOOKUP highlighted.  You can enter a borrower email here and click the search icon to find a borrower.


STEP 3:
Click on INCOMPLETE APPS and all applications that were abandoned from your Consumer Connect page will show.  
As seen below, if there are none, your will get a notice indicating no incomplete applications
