SENDING FILES TO BORROWERS FROM ENCOMPASS (KB00014)

There are times when you would like to securely send files to your borrowers.  Here are the steps to send those files from Encompass:

Save file to eFolder

Go into the loan eFolder

Highlight the documents you wish to send


Click Send

Click Send Files


Scroll down to ensure the file you wish to send is selected (select others s well if needed)

Click Continue

Click the icon to addressees

Highlight the file contacts you wish to send the files

Click Select


Review and verify the contacts to whom you are sending the files.   

Click send



The addressees will get an email (seen above)  that instructs them to click on the provided link and they will then sign in with their credentials (including their Authorization code - usually last four of SSN) to be able to retrieve the file

They click on the link, the document opens and they can proceed as required.
