ENCOMPASS SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (KB00006)

Before downloading or applying any new Encompass release, it is important to verify the latest system requirements for Encompass client machines. Please review the System Requirements for Encompass to ensure your environment meets the requirements needed to operate Encompass successfully.

To check your system information, do the following

Type System information into the search bar and click on System Information



You will see this screen (or something very similar).  Note the highlighted items and ensure they meet minimum requirements



Click the ( + ) sign next to Components, click the ( + ) sign next to Storage, click Drives and ensure they meet minimum requirements
