CONSUMER CONNECT - APPLICATION PROCESS - WHAT THE USER SEES (KB00005)
Consumer Connect allows you ensure new loan applications are originated from a personal page with the right person in the organization and allows for customization of other loan settings. When a client clicks on your personal APPLY NOW link, the following screens are what they will see.
A new client will click the Create Account button. Existing Consumer Connect users will click Log In
If the client chooses Create Account, they will need to fill in their personal information to create an account
After account creation, the client will be taken to the Login Screen and there they will enter their newly created username and password
Once logged in, the client will be taken to the Welcome screen
After clicking START, they will begin the Loan Application Process.
At this point the Borrower enters the required information to begin the loan
